Because I love cooking, I’m always interested in great new recipes. If you have a favorite recipe (or favorite plant-based cookbook) that you’d like to share, we’d love to hear about it. This month I review the book Forks Over Knives, the companion-book to the recent documentary film. The book has some wonderful recipes, and great information overall, so be sure to check it out from the library, or pick up your own copy.
During the cold-and-flu season, I receive many questions about the best nutritional supplements to take. People are especially curious about what makes Juice Plus+® different than regular vitamins.
