Dear Reader:

Spring is here once again, and that means it’s time for Spring Cleaning! For many of us, we could do far worse than to focus our cleansing efforts on our own bodies, which is why I’ve written about simple steps that you can take to detox.

Speaking of detox, I myself am getting excited about my Women’s Detox and Rejuvenation Retreat, which will be held this August 7th-14th. Along with the rest of my staff, I really enjoy nurturing and loving people to a more vibrant state of being. We take a maximum of 12 women through a journey of reestablishing emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Focusing on diet and regenerative yoga helps people become stronger while shedding toxins, excess water, and fat. Dr. Cynthia Sholes provides invaluable Neuro Emotional technique, which participants rave about. I also have a few tricks up my sleeve to help people address health and beauty challenges through totally natural means and new technology, rather than drugs and surgery. While weight loss may not be a universal goal for all participants, past participants have all been happy with the lightness they feel as their bodies become free of toxins. Those with weight loss goals enjoy an average of 10 pounds lost during the retreat. Come and join us for some self-nurturing on beautiful Whidbey Island and let us pamper you into wellness. Space is limited, so if you’re interested, please click here for more information.

Recently I’ve had several inquiries about what to do for under-eye circles, so that is the question I answer below in this month’s Q & A.

And lastly, check out my delicious curry recipe, which is also available in my recipe booklet Simple and Delicious Recipes for Vitality .

Enjoy the spring, and Here’s to your health!
