Dear Reader:
I’m excited to share my most recent (and free!) webinars with you, and invite you to share them your friends and loved ones.
The first recording is a not-to-be-missed conversation with Tim Blank, creator of the Tower Garden®. Tim discusses how he came to develop the Tower Garden®, and his dream of making vertical farming a reality for people all over the world. Listen to this fabulous talk here.
The second webinar was recorded for the European Juice Plus+® community, and I discuss how to enhance beauty and look younger, while also keeping your brain young and beautiful. Click here to listen to the recording.
A young and beautiful brain is one that is agile, flexible, an able to perform complicated maneuvers – not unlike a beautiful body! Fortunately, a number of recent studies have brought to light the great value that physical exercise can provide brains of any age. You can read more about exercise and the brain here.
Our Q and A this month is actually a series of questions about the Tower Garden®. We’ve been getting a great many inquiries about why the Tower Garden® is made of plastic, why the Tower Tonic® isn’t organic (hint: because Earth minerals aren’t living!), and why it’s okay to grow food without soil. Click here to visit the Tower Garden Q and A page.

This month, my sister-in-law, and guest-contributor, writes about her second month on a plant-based, whole-food diet. Kelly, who is also a Dr. Mitra Ray staffer, set out to lose 40 pounds and regain her health. As a work-at-home mother of two small children, she has little time and lots of excuses, but is finding that her new diet is doing more than helping her shed pounds. Read her guest-blog below.
Our recipe this month is Thai Curried Noodles with Broccol.
Here’s to your health,
Dr. Mitra Ray
