Dr. Mitra Ray is a research scientist and biochemist working to promote a whole-foods diet, as well as a lifestyle free of disease-causing chemicals. Dr. Ray holds an engineering degree from Cornell, and PhD in biochemistry from Stanford medical school. She is a trained yoga instructor, a Reiki practitioner, a consummate outdoors-woman, a gourmet plant-based chef, and a mother of two active, healthy, vibrant girls.
Gayle Lange started her career as a cosmetologist. Her passion for natural health led her to study holistic modalities for healing. Nutrient-dense herbs that flavor her cooking especially capture her imagination, and she is a great cook. Gayle holds a Natural Health Consultant diploma, and several certifications as a yoga instructor. She is a Registered Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health. When she is not busy helping people, she loves to spend time gardening and relaxing with her family.
Dr. Cynthia Sholes has had a passion (or maybe an obsession) for how the brain works and, in particular, how it learns throughout life. She holds a Bachelors degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado, and Phd.D. in Neuroscience from UCSF. As a Mind Body Therapist and Medical Hypnotherapist with Mind Wave Institute and Vitality Gateway in Redwood City, she guides people to use the power of their minds to easily and effectively achieve their goals. Dr Sholes also lectures nationally on the Mind Game of Weight Loss, Achieving Happiness, and Brain Longevity.
